We’re also beyond excited to add two huge contributions to our executive team. Rahim Lakhani joins us as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff. Before joining Offerpad, he held multiple roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including CFO India – where he led a team of 110 employees and maximized cash flow growth and operating leverage. Prior to that, Lakhani served as Director, Global Treasury for AB InBev. In this role, he helped generate over $500 million in P & L benefits via tax optimization and risk management. Lakhani also served as VP, Securitized Products at Deutsche Bank’s capital markets group. Welcome to the Offerpad family, Rahim!

In addition to Lakhani’s hire, Arindam Bose, Chief Product and Analytics Officer, joined us recently in April 2018. Bose brings with him more than 20 years in consumer lending and banking. Most recently, he served as President at Nationwide Credit, where he led the company through a noteworthy financial turnaround and conceptualized and built a web-based collection channel – taking it from zero to 30 percent of the firm’s revenues. Before Nationwide, Bose served 11 years at Capital One, specializing in analytics and consumer behavior-driven innovations in product, pricing, and servicing. Welcome on aboard, Arindam!
