This weekend was a big one for awards and recognition. Not just for Hollywood’s biggest stars at the 2019 Academy Awards, but for Sales and Customer Service teams around the world. Friday was the annual Stevie Awards ceremony recognizing companies’ sales and customer service achievements. Offerpad had been selected as a finalist in five categories and was proud to win five awards at the Stevie’s gala in Las Vegas.
The Stevie Awards
The Stevie Awards is often considered to be the Oscars of sales. Created in 2002, it organizes the world’s top business award competitions. They recognize the achievements of organizations around the globe in seven business award programs. Each one honors the best of the best every year through a nomination, finalist, and gold-silver-bronze recognition format for the winners. Final decisions come down to the judges for Stevie Awards that include hundreds of the world’s most respected business minds. Offerpad was nominated for its excellent work in Sales and Customer Service, one of The Stevie Awards’s top programs. Within that program, Offerpad was declared a finalist, and eventually winner, in five categories! We are thrilled that our customer service efforts have been recognized among the world’s very best.

We had a few members of our customer success team present at the Las Vegas ceremony and they gladly accepted our awards. They took home the Gold Stevie for Sales Distinction of the Year and four Bronze Stevies for Online Sales Team of the Year, Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year, Contact Center of the Year, and Customer Service Department of the Year. In front of more than 700 executives from the US and other countries, Offerpad accepted our 1st and 3rd place awards beating out the many other companies that made up the Stevies’s more than 2,700 nominations for Sales and Customer Service Awards.
