We’ve rebranded! Here’s why.

May 31, 2018 by Dave Haroldsen

We’ve rebranded! Here’s why.

Since 2015, we’ve strived to simplify the process of buying or selling your home.

As we’ve evolved and expanded solutions to help our customers, our brand can now impact a broader community of homeowners who aspire to live and move more freely than ever!

We’re pretty psyched about this, so we wanted to take a moment to fill you in on where the Offerpad fam’ is headed next.

Offerpad is a new business model and as the company is defining a new and easier way to buy and sell homes, we felt the need to make major changes to how our brand was being identified.

– Offerpad CMO Darrin Shamo

In a nutshell: we’ve rebranded!

What does this mean, exactly? And why did we feel the need to make this change?

We’ve always been focused on your experience first and foremost and felt that our previous logo, messaging and website didn’t fully display who we are at our core.

Our new brand launch includes a fully-redesigned logo, website, commercials, and customer experience fueled by five contemporary core values.

Here it is, folks!

Simple. Clean. Modern. Human.

Without further ado (drum roll, please), check out the newly-revised Offerpad.com.

For months we’ve worked tirelessly to identify how to accurately portray who we are and what we stand for. Needless to say, a lot of time and research went into the process.

We’ve spent countless hours, blood, sweat, and maybe even a few tears getting this thing right.

Phew.

Our new core values

Offerpad Core Values

Speaking of roots, here’s a bit more about where we came from:

Three years ago, our founders Brian Bair and Jerry Coleman saw an opportunity to evolve the real estate process and, in turn, work to empower homeowners with an unprecedented array of freedom, choice, and certainty when it comes to buying and selling a home.

After our leadership team sat in thousands of living rooms and observed firsthand the many pain points linked to conventional home buying and selling, they saw an opportunity to enhance the process!

If you’re new to the Offerpad experience, check out our newly-revised FAQs here!

We are a company with deep roots and expertise in real estate and technology, and every employee is passionate about helping our customers. We see a home, not a house. We see a person, not a transaction. Our new brand identity helps to showcase who we are at our core.

– Offerpad CMO Darrin Shamo

What we’re trying to say is, we hope you love our new look as much as we do.

Feel free to join us on social anytime! We’d love to hear from you.
