OfferPad’s web-based home selling platform eliminates the stress and uncertainty that comes with the traditional home selling process, such as last-minute showings, waiting indefinitely for a qualified buyer, or having your buyer fall out at the closing table. Homeowners have the freedom of choosing their closing date and their moving date. To maximize flexibility, OfferPad gives customers the option of staying in their home up to three days after it’s sold. We also provide free local moves.
The Queen City is OfferPad’s second new market since September when we announced our presence in Atlanta. We plan to continue to add new markets in the coming months because we receive phone calls and emails every week from people who want to know when we will be coming to their city. It’s a great feeling when we get the chance to serve new customers.
